About The Event

You're invited to a meaningful celebration as Christ Lutheran Church installs The Rev. Matthew Finney as our new pastor on Ascension Day—a perfect moment to mark both our Lord's ascension and the beginning of Pastor Matt's ministry among us.

The Rev. Bryan J. Penman (Bishop, SEPA Synod) and local clergy will lead us in worship, with Pastor Chris McKinstry preaching. Together, we'll celebrate Christ's ascension while formally commissioning Pastor Matt, weaving together the joy of this holy day with the excitement of our congregation's new chapter.

A reception with light refreshments follows in Weaver Hall. Come celebrate with us as we welcome Pastor Matt and give thanks for God's guidance in this blessed season!
